When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions as some conditions may prevent certain treatments being carried out. All personal details are kept in the strictest confidence.
Your appointments are very important to all of our team at NWA Skin Care Solutions and Lash & Brow Solutions. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a NO-SHOW. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied before your next appointment:
~ Notification given at least 24 ours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
~ Notification given LESS than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of service, and or loss of prepaid service including gift cards.
~ Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of the full price of reserved service amount, and or loss of prepaid service including gift cards.
We regret that Individual Services, Promotional Services, Sale Services or Gift Certificates purchased for yourself or for another individual are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to all services purchased. We will be happy to hold the service amount or transfer the service dollar amount to a Gift Certificate for use for up to one year from date of purchase for your convenience. There are NO REFUNDS on any services we have already executed.
If you are unhappy with a service please contact us with in 48 hours, we will be happy to fix any issues you may have. -Thank You-
All payment is due at the time of the service in store. Acceptable payment is cash, checks, debit or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).
